Have less time to prepare lunch or dinner? Try protein pasta with tuna; it never disappoints. It's a simple fit food that will enrich you with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, B, D, and other beneficial substances. Bon appétit!

Ingredients

1 pc canned tuna
2 tbsp basil pesto
8 pcs cherry tomato
cheese (ideally parmesan)
olive oil
salt

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and slightly crush the tuna. Pour olive oil over the pieces of tuna and tomatoes and add salt. Mix the cooked hot pasta with the pesto and add the mixture of chopped tomatoes and tuna. Serve with cheese.
