Ingredients

1 pc medium zucchini
100 g tomatoes
80 -100 g unsmoked tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
green beans
salt, ground black pepper

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Fry sliced zucchini and green beans in olive oil in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and tofu cut into smaller pieces and serve.
