Cut (or grate) the zucchini into small pieces. Add finely chopped (crushed) garlic. Cook in a covered pan until the zucchini is soft. Season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp (cook together for at least 10-15 minutes). While the shrimp are cooking, cook the pasta according to instructions. When shrimp are tender, add pasta. Sprinkle with parsley or oregano.
