Ricotta is an Italian soft cheese that, with its creamy consistency, resembles cottage cheese. It has a variety of uses, both sweet and savory. It combines well with spinach. Ricotta does not have a strong taste, but by adding other ingredients, you can prepare a delicious lunch or dinner. Bon appétit!

Ingredients

100 g ricotta cheese
50 g špenát (lístky čerstvého alebo mrazeného špenátu)
4 pcs clove of garlic
1 pc medium onion (leek)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, ground black pepper
chive

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Slice the onion and garlic thinly and fry them in a little olive oil. Add the spinach leaves and simmer until the spinach softens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta to the pan and mix. Add the ricotta directly to the pasta and mix together, or add it directly on top of the pasta when serving. Sprinkle with chives and serve
